Way to Goat and Upcoming Stamp Sale!

There's a sale coming tomorrow! Select stamp sets from Stampin' Up!'s annual catalogue will be 15%  off including the adorable Way to Goat stamp set (item #152657 for English). I made this card (CASEd from splitcoaststampers.com) for my husband's birthday last month. I often say that he is like a goat (lovingly of course!) because he will eat just about anything! lol. When I saw Way to Goat in the annual catalogue I knew I had to add it to my collection! Tomorrow only, Wed. Sept. 23) it will be just $22.10. AND if you are a demonstrator, you will get your 20% or 25% discount ON TOP of that!!! Instead of $26, you would pay $15.60 (if you are Bronze Elite or higher). Yes please!! There's a great sign-up bonus this month too - you get 2 additional stamp sets in your starter kit along with card kits in addition to your $165 of products for $135. You can't lose with a deal like this! Send me a message or click "join now" at kristaclark.stampinup.net

Hope you're having a great week!

A Little Bit Country

I grew up on a dairy farm in rural Nova Scotia and although I now live on the outskirts of a city with 1 million+ people, I love seeing wide-open fields and getting out into the peace and quiet of the country. I created a little country scene using the Jar punch and Jar of Flowers stamp set and some of that beautiful In Good Taste DSP. I actually created this card way back in July when I was trying to come up with a swap card to share with other members of my team. While I looovveee how this card turned out, it was a lot of work with a lot of fussy cutting, a lot of die cutting, and and I just wasn't up for creating 13 of these!! I do love how it turned out though and still have it proudly displayed in my craft room. Coming up with my own creations is challenging for me at times, and I am proud of this little gem! I hope you like it too 😊

I also used the Basket of Blooms stamp set for the greenery and the middle flowers (I think I used Bumblebee), and the daisies are from the Ornate Style set. The sentiment is from Many Mates.

Let me know what you think! I'd love to hear from you.

Happy long weekend!
